Salary Monthly base salary (for fiscal year 2025):
307,000 yen ー Master's degree holder
283,000 yen ー Bachelor's degree holder
255,000 yen ー Technical college graduate
Benefits Full transportation allowance
Bonus Once a year (June)
Work Place Primarily the Kanagawa Yokohama area, though opportunities may be available at other Sony office locations
Work Hours Flextime (on a monthly basis) in the initial stage of employment; subsequently, flexible hours at the employee’s discretion may be available
Work-at-home opportunities are available.
Normal business hours: 9:00–17:30
Time Off 125 days or 126 days each year (Five-day-week system; Days off include Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, Year-end and New Year’s holidays, and personal vacation days)
