May 30th, 2013 Emerald

Hello! I wrote about April birthstone in the article posted on April 15. I also found out May birthstone was emeralds.

The expression "emerald green" used to describe clear and mystic green color shows how people have loved the green glitter of the stone.

It is said that Cleopatra loved emeralds and she owned an emerald mine! I guess she must be fascinated with their clear green.

May 28th, 2013 Everest

On May 29, 1953, Edmund Hillary and Tensing Norkay became the first explorers to reach the summit of Mt. Everest. So this time I created an album of Mt. Everest with million moments.

An album with pictures taken on the mountain I actually climbed must become an unforgettable memory. Unfortunately, I can't seem to climb this level of mountain though.

May 14th, 2013 Thanks to mothers

Mothers Day has come.

On Mothers Day, I've been giving a gift to my mother every year since I started working.

Originally, Mothers Day was adopted in West Virginia of the United States by Ms. Anna Jarvis' campaign and spread over many regions.

For each year, I have selected suitable gifts for my mother, such as, folding fans or a handkerchief, though carnations are common as a gift.

I believe that sending a heart-touching e-mail with pictures attached is also appreciated by mothers.

May 7th, 2013 Children's Day

May 5th is a day called "Children's Day" in Japan. The day was established by Japanese government to wish the healthy growth of the children.

On this day, Japanese people display carp streamers and armor suits at home. The carp symbolizes healthy growth and the armor symbolizes strength.

My son's birthday happened to be the following day, May 6th. He just turned five, but for him, May just seems to mean a happy month which he receives a lot of gifts.

May 1st, 2013 Hadouken

Hi! Do you know “Hadouken” pictures? Pictures of high school girls who use "force" have been popular recently such as on Twitter in Japan. (If you don’t know, search for an image on Google!)

I thought perhaps I could take these pictures easily with pick pic camera of SDNA when I saw them.

So, I tried.

This is my very first try. I’ve never thought that I would be so successful on my first attempt.

pick pic camera is a camera app that allow you to record photos right before and right after the moment you pressed the shutter button along with that very moment. You will then be able to pick the best shot among the pictures taken, and save it.

The app is a perfect match for taking pictures of moving objects such as your kids or your pets, but I’ve just found another way to use this app.
