Salary Monthly base salary (for fiscal year 2013):
231,000 yen ー Master's degree holder
210,000 yen ー Bachelor's degree holder
180,000 yen ー Technical college graduate
  • Full transportation allowance
  • Meal allowance (depending on work place)
BonusTwo each year (June, December)
Work Place Primarily the Tokyo Shinagawa area, though opportunities may be available at other Sony office locations
Work Hours Flextime (on a monthly basis) in the initial stage of employment; subsequently, flexible hours at the employee’s discretion may be available
Work-at-home opportunities are available.
Normal business hours: 9:00–17:30
Time Off 125 days or 126 days each year (Five-day-week system; Days off include Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, Year-end and New Year’s holidays, and personal vacation days)
