Troubleshooting

01. Why does video trimmer automatically close when I connect my smartphone to my computer?
video trimmer closes because when your smartphone is connected to a computer, access to the memory card is handed over to the computer, overriding video trimmer's access to the card.
02. Why doesn't video trimmer show a video file that I know is on my smartphone?
Make sure that the video is saved on your memory card. Video files they are not displayed in video browser applications, such as Gallery, are not displayed in video trimmer.
03. While creating a video file, why is an error message displayed, indicating that the file cannot be created?
Make sure that there is enough free space on your memory card. Free space greater than twice the size of the file to be created is required.
04. Why am I unable to e-mail a file that size check says is within the e-mail limits?
The file size may have increased because of necessary encoding when it was attached to the e-mail. Try reducing the file size by trimming it further, and then sending it again.
