Troubleshooting

01. Why did pick pic camera close when I attached my Android device to my computer and the SD card in the device was mounted on the computer?
This is standard behavior for Android smartphones. When the SD card is mounted, Android applications that access SD cards are automatically closed to prevent data loss. The same behavior occurs while pick pic camera is installed on an SD card.
02. Why is the exposure value returned to the default value (0) when I exit pick pic camera?
This is standard behavior for pick pic camera. All camera options other than exposure are saved when pick pic camera closes and are restored the next time pick pic camera starts.
03. Why can't images that I haven't saved be viewed from within Gallery?
Images in pick pic camera that you haven't saved yet can be viewed only from within pick pic camera. When you save an image, it is added to Gallery.
04. The auto-focus function is not working.
The auto-focus function of your handset may be turned off. Please see if you find improvement by selecting "Focus" in the camera settings and selecting "Auto".
05. The zoom setting does not appear in the camera settings.
The zoom setting only appears when your handset is equipped with the zoom function. The menu may also appear when you change the picture size by using "Image size" setting in the camera settings.
06. I do not see the effect of the image correction.
There are cases when the effect of the image correction is not evident. Sometimes the noises may be too low, and sometimes the noises may be too high to be corrected.
07. The quality of my photo became lower after adding image correction.
There are cases when the image correction adds excessive effect to the image. When the quality of the original image is high enough, it may be better not to add image correction. In such cases, please extract the image again after taking out the option.
