1) Students graduating in March 2010 from a technical college or an institution of higher education, with a basic knowledge of software programming
2) Students graduating in March 2010 with a bachelor’s or higher degree

Screening
Method
Aptitude test, English test and interviews (HR interview, Engineering interview, Executive interview) and Presentation of the theme given by SDNA
Schedule Schedule through 2009

Salary Monthly base salary: 231,000 yen for a master’s degree holder,
210,000 yen for a bachelor’s degree holder,
180,000 yen for a technical college graduate (approximate figures)
Benefits Full transportation allowance, Meal allowance (regional)
Bonus Twice a year (June, December)
Work Place Shinagawa area, Tokyo
Work Hours Monthly flexible time in the initial stage of employment; Flexible working hours system subsequently
Normal business hours (9:00 - 17:30) *Work-at home system available
Holidays 125 days or 126 days a year (Five days a week; Day-off on Saturdays and Sundays, National holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays, Personal holidays)
Paid Holidays Funerals and celebratory occasions, 20 days per year
(Max. 2 weeks off can be taken consecutively.)
