Qualifications 1) Up to 35 years old, a graduate of a technical college or a higher degree holder
2) Work experience in software development

Salary To be decided according to your experience, competency, and the position to be held at SDNA
For reference: Starting monthly salary for a master’s degree holder, 231,000 yen, a bachelor’s degree holder, 210,000 yen, and a graduate of a technical college, 180,000 yen (approximate figures)

Bonus Twice a year (June, December)

Work Hours Monthly flexible time or flexible working hours system
Normal business hours (9:00 _ 17:30)

Holidays 125 days or 126 days a year (Five days a week; Day-off on Saturdays and Sundays, National holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays, Personal holidays)
Paid Holidays Funerals and celebratory occasions, 20 days per year
(Max. 2 weeks off can be taken consecutively.)
